Is NOVA dental insurance?
No. NOVA is intended to operate as a dental membership program rather than an insurance reimbursement product. Final structure and terms will be subject to applicable legal and regulatory review.
Does “about $1 a day” mean I’m billed daily?
No. The membership price is $399 per year, billed as one annual payment for 12 months. “About $1 a day” is a rounded comparison: $399 ÷ 365 days is approximately $1.09 per day. It does not mean $365 per year. There is no daily or monthly billing.
Can I go to any dentist?
No. Membership services are provided by participating practices in the NOVA network.
Are cleanings really unlimited?
The membership is intended to include routine professional cleanings without a fixed annual count, subject to your dentist’s clinical judgment, participating-practice protocol, and appointment availability.
Does NOVA decide how often I need dental care?
No. Your licensed dental professional determines what care is clinically appropriate.
Is whitening included?
Professional take-home whitening is intended to be included for clinically suitable members, subject to the participating practice’s protocol.
Are fillings and crowns included?
No unless specifically stated. Restorative and other treatment is separately priced.
Can I use NOVA if I already have dental insurance?
Potentially, but customers should evaluate whether the membership duplicates benefits they already receive. NOVA is not intended to universally replace dental insurance.
Is this available everywhere?
No. Availability depends on participating dental practices.
